1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rental Stride, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Commercial accounts must be authorized to act on behalf of the business.
3. Rental Agreements
Rental Stride is a marketplace that connects owners and renters. All rental terms (price, deposit, insurance, use restrictions, liability, etc.) are agreed directly between the parties. Rental Stride is not a party to the rental agreement.
4. Owner Obligations
Owners must list only vehicles they are legally authorized to rent, maintain them in safe operating condition, keep registrations and inspections current, and honor confirmed bookings.
5. Renter Obligations
Renters must use the vehicle lawfully, carry appropriate insurance, return the vehicle on time and in the same condition, and report any damage or issues immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rental Stride and Kaibra LLC are not liable for disputes, damage, injury, or losses arising from rentals. See our Disclosures & Notices for additional details.
7. Changes to Terms
Kaibra LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
