Put your trucks in front of the customers you already have.
Rental Stride partners with truck leasing companies and dealers. You invite the truck owners you work with, they list their box trucks and connect Stripe, and renters book and pay for them directly through the platform.
What partnering means
A partner company gets a Rental Stride console and invites the truck owners it works with. Each invite is a secure, single-use link that expires after 7 days; accepting it creates an Owner account tied to your company. Those owners list their trucks, connect their own Stripe account, and take reservations from renters on the platform.
There is no charge to the owners you invite and no per-seat cost to you, and Rental Stride takes no cut of rental payments. Your company holds a single subscription, priced around your fleet and your active owner count.

Built around your existing customer base
Free accounts for your owners
Every invite you send creates a full Owner account at no per-seat cost to your company.
Custom subscription pricing
Your subscription is quoted around your fleet size and number of active owners — never a published flat rate.
A digital booking channel
Give the owners and customers you already have a modern way to check availability, request dates, book and pay online.
Request partner pricing
Tell us about your fleet and the owners you work with. We review every application and follow up with a custom quote — pricing is set per partner, so there is no list rate to compare against.
