Owner accounts on Rental Stride are normally sponsored by a partner leasing company, dealer or rental yard. If you don't work with one — you just own equipment you'd like to rent out — you can partner with Rental Stride directly instead, for a small membership fee.
What "direct" means
Every Owner account on Rental Stride is linked to a partner — that's what holds the rental contract your renters sign and the subscription behind the account. With Rental Stride Direct, that partner is us. You get the same Owner console, the same listing tools and the same payouts as an owner invited by a leasing company; the only difference is who sponsors the account and who bills you.
Pricing is worked out per owner rather than published as a flat rate, because someone listing one dump trailer shouldn't pay what a yard with fifteen machines pays. Send us the form below and we'll come back with a quote.

Rental Stride is your partner
You don't have to be affiliated with a leasing company or dealer. We take that role ourselves, so your listings, contracts and invites all work exactly the same way.
You still keep the rental income
The membership fee is the only thing you pay us. Rental payments go straight to your own Stripe account — Rental Stride takes no cut of them.

Trucks, vans, trailers, cars, excavators, lifts, generators, compressors — if someone can rent it, you can list it.

Once you're set up we email you a single-use invite link. Set a password and your Owner account is active.

Publish your equipment, confirm the reservations you want, and connect Stripe so renters pay you directly.
